Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Practically Magic website and any purchases or bookings made through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Products and Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We endeavour to ensure all prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.

Orders and Payment

Online orders are processed through Shopify. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Delivery

Delivery options and costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Due to the nature of some products (such as personalised items or bath products), these may be non-returnable unless faulty.

Bookings and Cancellations

Readings and event bookings are processed through Simplybook. Cancellation policies for bookings are handled through Simplybook's platform. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from products purchased, except where required by law. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
